I'm referring to Kobo's site & gift cards not anybody or anything else. And no, not all ePub is DRM free. I daresay most are not.
You seemed to be complaining about not being able to find Kobo gift cards to buy books on Kobo with. If that's not what you were asking, then please try to make yourself more clear because that seemed to be the crux of your complaint: not finding Kobo gift cards to use on Kobo to buy books.
