So, it's now April 4th and I've had no follow up from B&N other than a message that they were cancelling my Asimov's subscription. I had the original email telling me that they were closing down and that they would get back to me with the details, but nothing else. (I've checked my spam folders, too.)
Is anyone else still waiting for the start of the process of transferring their books to Sainsbury's?
Has anyone actually had their books transferred?
Mind you, my wife has an actual physical Nook and still hasn't received the original email.
