i would hate sleeping with the TV on ! i like quiet when i sleep. i do have earplugs, against the SHUMS. but i only use them when i have to because i find them really uncomfortable. plus they make my ears hurt. and you can still hear the noise some anyway.
I can't handle quiet when I sleep. I think it helps distract me.
