If it's on Amazon, Kobo et all then surely we would have to assume that the publisher has the rights, not that it's pirated.

If it is pirated then surely that is up to the rights holder/Amazon to sort out.

I thought only gweeks gave the gutenberg link and explained the copyright status at the same time, nothing illegal there either.
