I will assume

that you are accessing from your LOCAL network

change the port (it is on the WDC startup screen).

I believe 'random' (not fixed assignment) is the default

Tick the box and use a different number in the 909x range

I will also assume

that you have white-listed calibre.exe (or the fixed port number) in your firewall
