FB reader saves your page on Android. I opened a file after about a year and the page was still current. It hadn't started over.

I typically don't want reading information. I usually get too into what I'm reading to care. You bookmark a physical book, do you write notes on it?
I personally sync. I also have my Amazon books delivered wirelessly to one or more devices.
Syncing works great if you are reading on more than 1 device.

Reminds me, I want to bake a tres leches cake today. I am so glad bookmarks transfer over too.
