That long section on the Left (reopens if yo click the Luggage Tag in the lower right corner)
Very powerful and simple to use.
Your case:
Click on (in Tags group) History
Hold down the Control Key: Click Unread
Click Go1 (by the search bar)

Or is adjusted by using the Alter Tag Browser Button
You are not limited to selections in a single section
Just keep the control key down and click additional criteria.
