FBReader lets you use the back button, and if you visited more than one link it displays a list that includes an option to exit. But does Moon+ remember the history and associate it with the book so if you leave by any means (including Home) even while reading a footnote , read another book, then go back to the first book, the back button still takes you back from notes to the text ?
