Finished The Autobiography of James T. Kirk, which was actually pretty good. Half synopsis, with a dash of fanfic and a bit of creative retconning, the author managed to tie the original series and all the Shatner movies into one more-or-less unified character, even going so far as coming up with a plausible explanation for Final Frontier.
For a TOS fan, this is a good companion, and a heck of a lot faster than binge-watching three seasons and eight movies...
