It has been reported that UK BPH titles are competitively priced, unlike their US counterparts. A 50% premium on BPH authors can be tolerated but a 200-300% higher price is a lot harder to swallow.

Speaking in generalities has its uses but sometimes you have to be more specific to appreciate an issue.
