Well it does say
most appealing, so they want to know which, out of those three, you'd like most. Even if you hate all three, which one is the least hated basically. This kind of question is common in paid market research. If they ask it like this they're trying to decide what setting is best to use for a game that's not completed yet. (Maybe not even started.)
And to be fair, all those settings could be wrapped around a puzzle game.
