So 'Text' can end up over-riding the cover in regards to where the EPUB opens to? Is that good? I think I'd feel the file was a bit 'pre-used' if it didn't open right at the start. So if I definitely want the EPUB to open on the cover does that mean I shouldn't use the 'Text' tag?

Do these semantic tags also get used in any Kindle book that may be made from the EPUB?
