Darn, that's about half what they work out to be in the Amazon UK store! Oh well, the Amazon UK price was still about 1/3 what they would have been in the US, so I'm still ahead.
The same publisher, Titan Books, that has the MacInnes titles for Rs 49 ($US 0.75) in the Kobo India store, also has a bunch of Donald Hamilton thriller titles for Rs 49 (about US $0.75), mostly from the Matt Helm series. I don't read many thrillers, but for those who might be interested, here's a price-ascending link that also includes a few at the end that are more than Rs 49:

Titan Books also has a couple of Maureen Jennings/William Murdoch titles at Rs 49 and several more Murdoch and Tim Tyler titles at Rs 136, which is about US $2.00.

Several Michael Kurland titles for Rs 136 and Rs 163 - about US $2.00 and US $2.40 respectively.

All of the Carol K Carr/India Black titles (AFAIK) for Rs 130 to Rs 136 - about US $2.00.

All four of Daniel Stashower's Harry Houdini mysteries for Rs 102 to Rs 147 - about US $1.50 to US $2.20.
And Titan Books seems to be the distributor for Hard Case Crime, and have a bunch at Rs 102 (about US $1.50) and less, and a few for more. Authors include Ariel S Winter, Brett Halliday, Erle Stanley Gardner, Max Allan Collins, and more, but usually not their "main" titles, often their early pulp titles. But still some good ones in there.

As always, you have to already be in the Kobo India store to see the Rs prices. Some of these books are fairly inexpensive in Kindle US and Kindle UK, and do go on sale from time to time, but it's sort of hit-or-miss. However, if you don't want to travel to India, you might check the titles you want there.
