click on a format (green +), presto all books of that format
Hold down the ctrl key and click twice (Red -) and you now see All Books with the First Format and NOT the second format

I did try that, it only highlighted epub when it was the first entry.
I converted "The Martian" from Kindle to epub so I could read it, and epub was the last file listed. The Kindle format came first.
