MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - p.Heading3 is ignored when generating ToC?

So my ebooks have many p.Heading3.
TOC is generated only to p.Heading2 level. I tried generate new ToC using "Generate to from all heading feature", but there is message that "no items where found that could be added".
