I'm sitting with the 7-year-old Maltese that we just adopted. She had been a puppy mill breeder confined to a crate and the previous owner decided she wouldn't live much longer.

It's only been two weeks and her walks are already getting longer.

There's no Talisker Storm in my cupboard, so I'm slumming it with some Glenmorangie 10-year.
