Do you have a content filter on your computer? I'm having trouble with my PRS-700 connecting to the store. The problem is my internet content filter. It's called Total Net Guard. If I uninstall the filter, everything works fine. I'm still working on trying to get the IP for the actual software from Sony. I can get to the website, but can't connect to the store. The filter tech support will create an exception to the filter to allow me to access the store, if I can can get the magic number!
