Hmm, that's true.
After I downloaded, I thought, "okay it's a 2013 plugin, let's have a look."
Then I set it aside because rules don't survive a reboot, do they?
I think it probably needs an upstart script, but I'm not too sure where to start, having only handled init.d scripts before.
