I get the fogged glasses too (or frost, in this weather). I've sometimes been able to tuck the scarf under the glasses, just high enough to cover my nose, and breathing through my nose seems to direct most of the moisture away, but it's generally a lost cause.
I understand people stationed in Greenland generally switch to contacts for this reason, but the idea of the contacts possibly freezing would give me pause....
