That **is** the jailbreak.
It is the public part of our package signature key.
OpenSSL will convert that to ANSI if you would like to read it.
(or put it on your computer and open it with your browser - I think all browsers know how to present a readable version of a certificate).

And the answer is "No" -
That does not change with the firmware versions.
