Thank you for the response meeera, certainly food for thought. I personally wonder how much single vs dual core cpu's matter in this field, and am currently trying to track down information on this. In any case, barring extra input or a change of mind; I think I may just buy the inkBOOK 8 and simply return it if it does not fulfil my needs, as it's been a few days since my kindle was destroyed and I'm itching to get on (it's ~ the same value as the Kobo h2o)
