You should have updated the jailbreak before the firmware update.

Go to the jailbreak thread and apply the hotfix immediately.
Then download the MrPI (MobileRead Package Installer) KUAL extension, since the "Update Your Kindle" method of installing hacks has been deprecated (Amazon broke it).
