And I think that's the most likely outcome really. People will subscribe to one or two streaming services and do without or pirate the stuff not available on them.
I'll do without. My favorite streaming shows will be whatever's on Prime Video.

Ditto, no new Star Trek for me either. I'd consider getting CBS All Access if they carried the entire catalog of Big Bang Theory. But they don't, so I won't.
