Had my password reset finally today.
I talked to customer service because I had accidentally purchased a duplicate book. She said that since the print book and digital book sites merged they no longer check for duplicate titles.
I also asked if using more than one coupon code is what locked me out and she said yes, that you can only redeem one a day. I told her that I knew we could only redeem one code per day (using our points to generate a code) but that no where on the site does it say you only use one redemption code to purchase a book.
I know I have bought more than one book in a single day with free codes before and not been locked out. But maybe 2 or 3 is the limit and anything 4 or more locks you out? Anyway, I asked if they could fix that or if not to add a caution to the site.
She gave me back the points so I could get a new code to buy the right book. But I just used one of the older codes I already have.
