I will say though, that I can't figure out the math on the refund. The list price of the book was 16.19. With taxes, it came to 18.29. At amazon, the book is 9.99. They have refunded me 7.20. I don't get 7.20 as the price difference + 10% using either the list price or the price including taxes.
There have been so many reports of positive experiences, and given they say the error was mine in quoting an incorrect receipt number, I will probably try a price match again, just to see if my difficulties this time around were simply a one-off or due to my error.
