A small publisher called BookSumo is offering three "cultural" (i.e., ethnic) cookbooks, in a "box set,"
free. All you have to do to get them/it is to give your name and email address and agree to be put on their mailing list.
Being put on their mailing list doesn't seem like such a bad thing, as they state that by doing so "you will get updates on when books are listed for free."

The Biryani Bash: A Collection of the Most Unique Biryani Recipes. There are over 90 recipes in total. All of these books are by Umm Maryam. I had never heard of her before, but I notice that she has a slew of cookbooks for sale on Amazon and it looks like all of them are highly to very highly rated.

UPDATE: I just got in my email the link to the three books. The books are in black and white. There are no photographs. The formatting is very simple and basic. These things do not bother me, but they might you. Just so you'd know.
