1.6.2 was the
stable version into 2014. I noticed that you're on 1.9.6, but 1.8 has only been considered stable for a couple of months.

I don't suppose it surprises you to know that my philosophy is opposite yours. I don't upgrade until I need to, mainly because I hate having to figure out how to disable all of the new features that were added since the last time. I'm pretty much the opposite of "early adopter."
