2 Options

First

Download Calibre and add you books, look at the metadata plugboards and add one to prefix the book title with series info etc.

e.g. my plugboard for all AZW3 format, any device

{#universe:|| - }{series:'test(ifempty(field('#overallseries'),"") ,field('#overallseries'), $)'|| - }{series_index:0>2s|| - }{title}

Obviously this is based on my personal added columns and ordering etc so wont work for you.

Second

Get the Kindle App on your phone/tablet and manage collections on that, its a lot faster than on the kindle itself but can lead to some odd ordering as the Kindle looks at some sort of date for the collections whereas the app doesnt.

This obviously relies on all your books being bought from Amazon OR mailed to your kindle as Personal docs so they are on their servers.

Personally I use the first method as its a lot simpler and everything can be run from Calibre.
