In that case you must:
1) hyphenate epub before converting it to mobi (plugin doesn't support files with mobi extension)
2) convert it to "dual mobi" (= "both" as type in "Mobi output" tab of Calibre conversion window)
3) Send that mobi file to Cloud archive
