That article is all speculation. Not a valid reason to wait on buying an ereader.

To answer the OP's question, I have an Aura H20 and a Glo HD (and I've owned an Aura HD in the past). Even though the Glo HD has a higher pixel density, the former looks better to me due to better contrast and less ghosting.

The Glo HD is much lighter though. But the screen looks cramped when comparing to the Aura.

If you want something more portable or if your arm gets cramped holding the Aura HD, then I would buy the Glo HD. If you were looking just because you thought it would look better, I would not buy it for that reason. It does not look better.
