I just received a code on Friday to replace my
it-never-worked contest code from January. I had to send multiple emails and have 2 chats but they sent it.
They actually increased the code amount by 10% too.
This is the longest I've ever had to wait to get an issue resolved there. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've never NOT had them resolve an issue to my satisfaction...eventually
Anyway, I hadn't checked my email over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to see it. And have the code actually work
