@fvdham - To determine if a library is corrupt run Library Maintenance->Check Library - the first phase checks the database, the second checks that database and library contents (folders & files) are coherent - i.e. there is nothing in one that's not in the other and vice versa.

How do you do the 'compare libraries'?

I use a similar process using the Find Duplicates plugin->Find library duplicates feature
