I've lived in my new apartment for about three weeks. The unit has 12 tennants. When I moved in I was told there is no assigned parking. So Wednesday I come home from getting some groceries, park the car and take the groceries in. Thursday morning I take the dog out for a walk and notice someone has parked so close to me I can't open the driver's side doors. I didn't think much of it. Friday..same thing. Saturday (yesterday) I go out and the car is still parked there. WTF..I have no idea who's car this is so I put a note on the front door asking whoever's car it is, please move it. I need to get out.
Fast forward a couple of hours and one of the ladies living here raps on my door and has my note, saying she knows who's car it is that is blocking me. And that he did it on purpose because I was in "his spot". Really??

I go downstairs and rap on his door. I tried to be nice, asking him if he could please move his car. He barks at me that I parked in his spot and don't do it again. I tell him I was under the assumption that there were NO assigned spots. He tells me he doesn't give a damn..it's his spot. I said fine, I'll never go near his car again but move it for now, I need to get out today. It took him 2 hours but he finally moved it. I want to deflate his damn tires. I should have called the cops. Not that they would have done anything. Maybe have the car towed. That would have been perfect.

Rant over..
