Yes, it works by 'exporting' books from Current Library to Other Library

It’s probably best to do a Find Duplicates plugin->Library duplicates first, in order to avoid creating duplicates when you merge.

Then in Current Library, select the books you want to export to Other Library, right click, and select Copy to library->Other Library (delete after copy). This will move the books - i.e. there's an implied '(and delete..'

If books are sparsely distributed in the book list you can Mark the books you want to move (Ctrl+M) then list the the Marked books (Ctrl+Shift+M)
