I am in the middle of reading the book on my kobo device, and it is in my library on my kobo app, and very visible in my purchase history on the kobo website, but "We are not seeing the *insert book title* in your purchase history,"
This book, with taxes, cost me 18.29 on kobo, and on amazon is 9.99. There are several others in this series that I would like. But no way will I be buying them from Kobo if this is the hassle I have to go through each time with CS to get the price matched. I'm starting to think it would be cheaper and easier for me to go buy a kindle device and switch to amazon.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this. The best thing I can suggest is to start a new claim and get assigned to a new CS agent and hope you get an intelligent person.
