They do have choices -
For the 3G models, they have the GPS coordinates close enough to use a conventional warhead.
For the Wifi models, they would have to use a small, tactical nuke. Say something with only a 5 mile radius kill zone.
The upside of that is -
Just think of all the McD's with those free Wifi access points that can poison our kids minds while the food poisons their bodies that we might lose.
