You mentioning this reminded me that you can download pretty much all the canning information that you need from the University of Georgia's National Center for Home Food Preservation and Purdue University's USDA Extension canning site.

In addition to a bunch of individual fact sheets, you can download individual PDF chapters of the USDA Complete Guide to Home Canning.

Since I'm thinking about it, you can also download PDFs of Presto's pressure cooker manual. It doesn't have canning instructions, but it does have a lot of recipes for the pressure cooker. I really like the one for baked beans.
