@liyiecho: If the hotfix failed, you're most likely hosed.

Keep in mind that I actually only updated it to (theoretically) handle FW 5.7.3 yesterday, so, if you were using an old version that you had laying around, try again with a fresh copy.

Just to put a nail on the coffin: what exactly did you do, and in which order? (FWIW: Factory Reset == terrible idea. Factory Reset *before* an official update == fatal idea.)
