I was awoken last night by Arturo (our very large male cat) making a strange sound. Investigating, I found that Hoku (ten week old tabby) had tried to squeeze under our bedroom door and had gotten stuck.
As soon as Arturo saw that I was awake and aware the took off for parts unknown, lest he be blamed for Hoku's misadventure.
After rescuing her, I went and found Arturo and praised him lavishly. He purred!
