I have the win because I am the last poster, thus by definition the win is mine which means that I am the winner, the victor, the one who has the win, the possessor of the win, the one the win is currently with. Others may have had the win but now the win is mine and only mine. This means that no one else currently has the win which means that they are the losers while I am the winner. I may lose the win in the future but that is a non-factor at this time. So to sum it up the win is mine.
