You are stuck at 1.x versions because of XP.
What processor is in the HP? Another issue to watch out for is
no SSE2 (not found older AMD Athelon).
Invalid MSI: (if it works nowhere)
Your ISP is messing with/caching the file, so you get the same. Download from another ISP's Connection
Try one of the Alternate Mirrors
DO NOT use a
download manager. They can break files
