As I mentioned earlier I was presented with a list of possibilities when I searched for "sailing to..".
Here the price was $1.99. I then tried to "Buy now with 1-click". But in vain, the price changed to $16.24 and I was told that prices of books can vary from country to country. I was not charged however.

After writing this I looked once more and now the price is $2.49 that is $1.99 plus 25% Danish VAT. I then bought the book.
