I've been having the 'Oops' problem since last night (in India), but thought it was due to a pre-order gone bad (I had removed my cc info.) After seeing these posts I'm wondering if it's the overall system?
@Kosh - don't know if this is part of your traveling problem, but when you move to Canada or New Zealand (and probably some other countries), you need to also update to a valid postcode for that location or the save won't stick (the rest of your street address can stay the same.) India doen't seem to care about postcode.
