I don't think I can afford a lot of re-reading because life is short, books are too many and my TBR list is running in four figures.

Still, seriously speaking, after every few months, I tend to re-read some of Erle Stanley Gardner or Agatha Christie or James Hadley Chase's novels. I feel so comfortable and homely with them, after having read very many different authors and different subjects in the meantime. This is an exercise to calm down my head, in a way, just like meeting some old friend.
