Sigh. A half glass of Cabernet, and I have a splitting headache. I can, some of the time, avoid the worst of it, but it's very much a hit or miss solution. Definitely NOT worth the risk for any but the very best reds. Instead, I buy and drink mostly very good whites, or single malts. But not all that much of either.
This afternoon I'm drinking faux San Pellegrino. Except this time I seem to have over-carbonated it. Still good, but not as accurate a match for San Pellegrino.
