If you have downloaded the books on your device, connect it to your computer running Calibre thru' USB. You will see new icons of connected device (and) Card, if any. Click on the device (or card), you will see the list of books on it. Select your book, right click -> Add books to library. Your downloaded book will be added to Calibre library on your computer.
