So you're wanthing LCD or eInk? Most LCD based readers with buttons died out around 2010 or so when tablets started taking over the LCD based device market. Companies like Augen and Jaytech were a couple of manufacturers. Could probably still find them on places like eBay, but if they're old stock from back in the day I'd worry a bit about how good the battery is now.
