  2. Not entirely sure what you mean by this. I appreciate that it is difficult to communicate perfectly using Google Translate but I think you are referring to the filename the book is saved to when sending to device? If so, try a Filename Save template.
    See: Preferences ==> Import/Export ==> Sending books to devices
    French: Préférences ==> Importer/Exporter ==> Envoyer des livres vers des dispositifs
  3. What format is it in now? PDF? DOCX? Handwritten on paper? Plain Text?
    calibre has a builtin E-Book Editor, which can import DOCX. Sigil can be used as an alternative editor for fixing up an EPUB.
