Yeah, Max is 696.15 € with tax included which is getting close to Sony in case I would go for a conference in US and buy it there for $ 799.95 (joblack You were right - the ~930 € price in ebay is without tax, I did't think about that).
I'm wondering about what xhacker said, that Sony has slow CPU. What' s the experience with Max, hope it performs well (it is one of the major flaws of my Pocketbook now - it takes forever to change pages, go to a specific chapter in a large book with lots of graphics).
If anyone has information on how to get that student discount (don't see anything mentioned here:
http://ereader-store.de/en/75-onyx-boox-max.html), that would be great.
