Wargame Vault ePubs don't have DRM.
Some PDFs have "social DRM" (name & order number added to the bottom of every page - example attached), at the publisher's discretion. Those that have it will be labelled "Watermarked PDF" under File Information. The link you posted doesn't have that note, so won't be watermarked.
